Non-Personalized Product Returns
You may return any unused, unopened, non-personalized/customized items within 30 days or receipt.
Personalized Product Returns
We are not responsible for any damages due to the shipping carrier, nor any shipping delays. Any mistakes due to spelling errors or incorrect information provided during checkout will not be eligible for return or replacement. Custom or personalized items may be eligible for a return only if the item is defective or damaged.
Digital Products
All digital products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you have an issue with you digital product, please contact us.
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return the item in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note: Your refund will not include the original shipping cost paid as well as additional fees and costs we incur for return shipment.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Items that return to us after attempted deliveries, invalid address, failure to pay duties and taxes, etc. will incur an additional reshipping fee.
If an item returns to us due to attempted deliveries, invalid address, failure to pay duties and taxes, etc. and we do not receive a reply back within 7 days, a 50% restocking fee for the item will be deducted from your item refund.
